- Applicant must be a graduate of a dental school that was CODA-accredited at the time of graduation (12 AAC 28.938). Foreign education and residencies do NOT qualify.

- Alaska Board of Dental Examiners (Rachel Billiet, 2026-05-13) marked our eligibility question "No" and quoted 12 AAC 28.938: "An applicant for a license to practice dentistry must be a graduate of a dental school that, at the time of graduation, is accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation" — "rendering most if not all foreign education not applicable for licensure."
