What training qualifies: Only two pathways: (1) reciprocity/endorsement — requires a current full, unrestricted, discipline-free US license in a qualifying jurisdiction; or (2) examination — requires a DMD/DDS from a CODA-accredited school (Canadian-accredited accepted). Foreign degrees are not accepted, and an ECE evaluation is explicitly not accepted. SSN required.

Scope: Full license or none — no limited/restricted licenses offered
Board notes: NH Office of Professional Licensure and Certification (Elizabeth Seymour, 2026-08-04): "We will not accept an ECE evaluation." No limited or restricted licenses. A foreign-degree dentist with a CODA residency does NOT qualify unless they already hold a full unrestricted US license elsewhere (reciprocity).
